Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), mybet365 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account Balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method within thirty (30) days, net of any amounts properly owed to the Company, provided no fraud or criminal activity is confirmed.
